ANDREW kAISER
Andrew Kaiser is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and likes to dig deep into the numbers. Andy most recently was the CFO at DB Cybertech, a cybersecurity company that developed software to discover malicious hacks at the database layer.
Andy has held a variety of managerial, analyst, and staff accounting roles in the high tech industries for companies in networking infrastructure, social networking, and telecommunications. Andy has consulted for professional service organizations, start-up companies, consumer distribution firms, and the Small Business Administration (SBA). His early career was with defense contractors and a one-year stint in Indian gaming.
Starting his accounting work at age eleven by doing payroll for a family business (don’t worry – he didn’t sign the checks) propelled Andy to earn a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a double major in Accounting and Information Systems (BBA), a master’s degree from Marquette University (MBA), and professional designations as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP). (CMA and CEP are in non-active status.)
When he wants a break from the numbers, Andy is an active volunteer with San Diego Social Venture Partners and assists several nonprofits in the social services field.
